The Floating cart icon makes it easy for customers to open the quick cart wherever they are on the page. You choose to position the floating cart icon along the top or bottom of the page.
STEPS
In your theme editor (Customize):
Click to open App embeds in the side panel.
Click the Flash Cart tab to open the settings.
Under Optional components, select a position for the Floating cart icon.
Top button alignments hide the button when you're scrolled all the way to the top.
