Promote selected products and collections in the cart when there are no cart items.
STEPS
In your theme editor (Customize):
Click the Header cart icon, and click the Edit your cart button.
Click the Flash cart section to open the settings.
Click Select collections. Check off the collections you want to promote, then click Select.
(Optional.) Use the drag-and-drop icons to re-order the collections.
