Added-to-cart popup

The Added-to-cart popup appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. Flash Cart includes three different popup styles to reassure customers that they've added the product they want and present clear next steps to either add more items to their cart or continue to the checkout.

Enable added-to-cart popup

STEPS

In your theme editor (Customize):

1. Click to open App embeds in the side panel.

2. Click the Flash Cart tab to open the settings.

3. Under Optional components, click Enable added-to-cart popup.

   
4. Click Save.

Change popup style

You can choose one of three popup styles. Popup styles differ in size and available options: Small popup, Medium popup, and Large modal with recommendations.

STEPS

In your theme editor (Customize):

1. Click the Header cart icon, and click the Edit your cart button.

2. Click the Added-to-cart popup section to open the settings.

3. Select a Popup style: Small popup, Medium popup, or Modal with recommendations.

   

   See below for an overview of each popup style and their settings.

4. Click Save.

Small Popup

Display the cart item image, cart update message, and View Cart button.

In the settings, you can find the following options:

• Show Cart subtotal

• Select Mobile position

Medium Popup

Display the cart item image with product details, cart update heading, and View Cart button.

In the settings, you can find the following options:

• Show Cart subtotal

• Show Free shipping bar

• Select Mobile position

Modal with recommendations

Display cart item details, cart blocks (like Cross-sells), and ‘View Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ buttons.

In the settings, you can find the following options:

• Enable recommendations

• Select Upsell action

• Select Savings display style.
